Today is the day we head over to the retreat location! The next 5 days are going to be hectic, so it’s important for me to get my body and mind in a good place before all the excitement begins.
I’m setting the intention to stay present and stay open so I can soak in all the juiciness of this container. Excited to ground down, commune with this gorgeous land, and cook all the yummy nutritious foodies for all the attendees.
