I’m back at the doctors office for a follow up appointment, and you better know I was a sneaky girl while getting into my gown and awaiting my hot doc hehe
I had to be quiet cause there was a nurse working right outside, so I guess there’s a nice ASMR component to this vid.
Mmm I love bringing you along for these typically mundane life happenings butttt I also desire this to be a reminder to prioritize your health 🫶 As you all know, I take my wellness very seriously & going to the doctor is one way I show up for myself (even if I don’t always agree with the conventional health care system).
You deserve to make your health a priority. After all, we only have this one body, this one temporary life, and if our physical vessel feels vibrant then it makes every other aspect of our life a bit more easeful and vibrant too!
