Holy shit, this water is BRISK! 🥶💦 I went on the most lovely hike through the Arizona desert, and once I got to this creek full of flowing snow melt, I just had to get naked right then and there to take a quick cold plunge.
I love challenging mySelf with cold water immersion because it’s so insanely good for the mind, body, and soul. Always an instant energy & mood booster too, and come on, who doesn’t want that?!
Would you brave the frigid waters with me if I promise to dry you off? You get to choose how it’s done too…I could use my mouth licking up every last drop, my body warmth embracing you with my tight body, a towel where I wrap you up like a lil burrito, or we could air dry while we make sweet love in the Sonoran sun.
