Soooo, we took a road trip to the middle of the forest to some epiccc hot springs the other day. It was delightful to retreat into seclusion and have a lil digital detox with zero cell service or wifi BUTTT, we definitely took some time out of our day of rest & relaxation to take content for you!💕
We had been soaking in the springs for hours at this point, and I was ready to get my cold immersion therapy on. That shit is uncomfortable and intense AF, but also magical for the mind, body, and soul. If you’ve never looked up the benefits of cold dips, I highly recommend🙏🙃
