Movement/physical activity in various forms is a MASSIVE part of my life. Not only does it keep me physically healthy and in shape, it keeps me mentally and emotionally sane. It moves stagnant, pent up energy in the body and allows it to flow through and out. Each day looks a little different, but getting mySelf moving each day is absolutely imperative to my health & happiness.
