I woke up early and decided to make the most of the beautiful gloomy overcast morning and went on a solo hike up a trail I had never explored before. I ended up hiking for 3 hours and made my way to the highest point of the mountain for a little meditation sesh. I felt so unbelievably revitalized and clear-headed😌 mmmz, nature medicineeee forever and ever!
