While I was on the east coast, I still managed to get it in at da gym a couple times. I’ve been feeling so strong and capable since incorporating light weight lifting sessions into my physical activity routine and felt inspired to keep it going.
Mind you, this was the publ!c community gym in the building I was staying at. Anyone could have walked in at any moment, so you can definitely tell I’m both nervous and thrilled while taking these sneaky vids. In the first one, someone totally walked by in the hall and I hurriedly put my clothes back on as fast as I could and “acted normal” 😅 don’t think they caught me, but still a funny moment to watch!
