I mean how could I not take advantage of the small amount down time I had to immerse mySelf in some cleansing nature medicine?!
Sitting on a big rock with my feet in the cool water, the soft current flowing gently around me, I closed my eyes and took some deep breaths, and then took a few more..and a few more…and it was there a feeling of realization and remembrance washed over my BEing.
How simple life can be when we slow tf down and savor the present moment. When we strip away all the bullshit, what’s left is our true essence, and I felt that so deeply out here in the forest with no clothes, no other humans, no cell service or no wifi.
I sure hope you get a chance to feel the same sensations some day🙏✨
