Folding this load of laundry was longgg overdue, hence why half of the clothing was wrinkled AF. So I guess I can thank you for inspiring me to do my chores. They are lots more fun to do when I know you’re watching me do them🙃
I’ve been attempting to be more mindful when I do more mundane tasks lately. With full presence and focus, doing laundry or washing the dishes can turn into an act that is relaxing and meditative.
What tasks could you bring a little more intentionality into?
