Well then, come with me for a little sunset strolll on this delightful PUBLIC beach🌊 Few things make me feel more alive and at peace than being naked on a secluded beach, frolicking through the waves, and taking in that last bit of evening light. I was with a group of friends, none of which decided to join me in my nudity, but that’s okay, especially when they’re accepting of my choices and enjoy seeing me in my happy and free state🙃 I do think they thought I was a tad crazy for hopping in the ocean though. It wasn’t very warm outside and nor was the ocean, but I wanted to feel refreshed. Nothing like a cold plunge to wake up the senses and make you feel enlivened heheh This is the point where I remind you to get tf outside! I promise your mind, body, and spirit will thank you🙏

Take a peek up my skirt while we go for a dreamy beach stroll🌊✨ I was in serious need of some solo ocean therapy and luckily the sun was shining bright to add some warmth to this cooler winter day. As we walk further down the coast, the less people there are…which means you could bend me over right here😏 how did you know fucking in nature is my favorite? I’m actually getting wet just at the thought heheh On a more emotional note, I’m just feeling grateful for my nature escapes these days. It’s scientifically proven that time outdoors improves your mental health. We’re meant to connect with our roots in nature, and I can feel the direct effect it has on my nervous system when I’m feeling a little off, out of whack, stressed, sad, confused, or angry. It brings me back into balance and is like a natural reset for my brain. Nature is by far my best therapist and biggest turn on, and being able to run to the ocean for solace is something that is necessary to my well-being. I implore you to find time to fill your lungs with fresh air and pretty sights.
