I have been making it a monthly self care practice, and I can’t tell you how much I am learning about the way my body functions and what areas I need to work on strengthening to get everything moving properly.
I live an extremely active lifestyle and work on my fitness and posture almost everyday but there are still ways to optimize so I experience less chronic pain in my problem areas. The massage therapist I work with has incredible knowledge in sports medicine and various other backgrounds which is partly why her sessions are so informative! I’m constantly asking questions and trying to understand more.
She gave me “homework” to start working on my pelvic floor strength😏 and of course my dirty mind has a feeling that will be beneficial in more ways than one…
