Woke up in the lush jungle of Okinawa, and started my day with a juicy sleepy stretch on the deck with the pitter patter of rain guiding me through💦🌿🌧️ won’t you relax and breathe and flow with miiii?
With all the travelling and moving around I’ve been doing on this trip, it has been imperative for me to stick with taking care of my body. My shoulders and back are sore from lugging a huge backpack, hips are tight af from sitting so much on planes, trains, and buses.
Our bodies are not meant to be stagnant and travel can definitely get us out of our routine, but carving out a wee bit of time each day to prioritize feeling good is soooo necessary. I hope you’re able to find some time to move today :)
