From a tiny coastal town to a misty mountainous region, we finally made it to the BIG city for the third leg of the trip. The hustle bustle of a place so vibrant and active is stimulating and exciting in so many ways! I’ve never even been to New York City, so this experience is something very new to me. I’m a sensitive gorl when it comes to absorbing energies of different places so I’m so happy I got time to have some solid grounding before being thrown into this whirlwind.
Today we walked all around Asakusa, went to the top of the Sky Tower to get a view of the city from 450 meters high, ate delicious snacks and delicacies around every corner, and travelled to Golden Gai to absorb the festive night life and get a few drinks at some of the coolest cocktail bars I’ve ever seen. Then somehow ended the night in a tiny swanky jazz bar at the 10th story of a random building in the Red Light district of Shinjuku listening to live music until 2am.
Got a big day tomorrow so I’m gonna get some rest. Dream of me??☁️😇
