There’s nothing quite like the endorphin surge post sweaty cardio workout & stretch sesh💦🥵💪 tell me, would you lick up the salty goodness dripping down my inner thigh and chest? Or would you simply prefer watching me move & heavy breath as I do each exercise and yoga pose? Lol

I honestly don’t think I would be nearly as happy and full of radiance if it weren’t for my dedication to my movement practices. Getting the circulation pumping and my breath deepening in whatever way feels good each day is my safe space, my connection time with my body and mind, and the biggest way I mitigate stress in my life. It is nourishment for mind, body and soul, and I seriously can’t live without it. Our bodies deserve love and tender care in all the ways if we want to feel good and full of life.

I snapped these pics back in Feb when I was in Alaska for my modeling trip, and looking back I’m so proud of myself for how I kept with my fitness even while staying in this teensy hotel room. It can definitely be a challenge when traveling.

Anyway, I implore you to find YOUR form of movement medicine, whether that be walks in your neighborhood, dancing by yourself in your room, going to a yoga class, lifting at the gym, playing intramural sports, hiking, mountain biking, hula hooping, swimming laps, taking zumba classes, rock climbing, HIIT, jump roping, pole dancing, water aerobics, LITERALLY ANYTHING that requires you to move and exert and challenge your bodies capabilities. I promise you will feel lighter mentally and feel accomplished and stronger and more balanced in your body because of it🫶 I know you can do it!
