Stretch and do some stretching exercisesπ§ββοΈ This will help relax your muscles and improve flexibility.
A great idea would be to take a walk in the fresh airπ³ Fresh experiences always give you energy!
Write down your thoughts in a journalπ Think about your goals and what inspired you during your run.
Don't forget to give yourself a little treat!π I can suggest spending time with friends or doing your favorite hobby!
