At first the sensitivity was indeed reduced, but now it seems to me that they are even more sensitive than ever.

SO a funny thing happened after this... I now currently no longer have pierced nipples 🙃 I forgot to take out the shields before going home, and the next morning they were sore so I took them off but didn't have other ones with me atm. When I finally got home and try to put other ones in... they had close enough I would have to push them through; and since I would have to take them off next month for the surgery anyways I decided to just leave them out. 🥲
