Im back home and refreshed after my 5 day hike and back to my other hobbie - COOKING! Sometimes following a complicated recipe takes effort and patience but its worth it - This is Lemongrass and Coconut Chicken - Alot of Prep to make the marinade but an easy one tray bake. It was soooo tasty!
