Ustrasana (camel posture) is my absolute favorite for a couple reasons:
1. It stretches my shoulders and upper back in a way that feels perfect in my specific body which reminds me how each of us are born to do different things and reminds me of a yogic text I once read that says, "in Asana you learn the how and why of this life" meaning that as we move into our bodies, we gain an understanding of why we specifically live in each of them and what we can accomplish doing so.
2. The light inversion aspect of the pose brings the benefit of shifting perspective without completely going upside-down 
3. Opening my heart like this in the solitude of nature feels liberating and releases so many resentments that are hard to let go of... Sometimes you've just got to do it physically 🧘♀️💕
