Loving ourselves helps us to stay motivated and keep going in the face of challenges. If we respect and support ourselves first and foremost, progress in sports will come easier and bring more joy. 🌈 After all, when you exercise out of a sense of self-care rather than a desire to fulfill someone else's expectations, training becomes a pleasure rather than an obligation. 💪
