The story of my eternal study of the English language (it will never end ahahah)
Being a 16-year-old girl, I decided that I needed English (maybe). I decided to learn English through movies and TV shows, armed with determination and a stack of Youtube videos. (In vain, as it turned out, ahaha)
At first, I felt inspired, choosing new words and expressions, trying to immerse myself in the language completely. (Well, it's that simple)
However, over time, my progress stalled, despite the hours I spent in front of the screen.
I struggled to understand complex dialogues, struggled with grammar, and stumbled over pronunciation. The more I watched, the more frustrated I became, feeling that my efforts were in vain.
Reflecting on my failed attempt, I questioned the effectiveness of diving alone and wondered if a more structured approach was needed.
What do you think I should do? Should I study formal education, language exchange programs, or a combination of approaches?
By the way, I wrote this text with a translator :)
