💪 For me, sport is not about records, but about dialogue with the body...

When I run through the park in the morning, every muscle thanks me for waking up, and my breathing merges with the whisper of the leaves 🏃‍♀️🍃 Sport has taught me to listen to my rhythms: sometimes it's energetic Zumba, and sometimes it's slow yoga in the rain. Both are about loving yourself 💃🌧️
