Ruby’s Step by Step guide from low energy sub to $100k sub (foolproof):
Step 1: Completely detox your entire life. No speaking to anyone thats not successful, no jerking off, no eating junk food, no watching any stimuli (even me, you will be restricted to texting only to assess your progress) unless it helps make money. If you have to, stare at the fucking wall or work. 2 options. It will be impossible not to work; the human brain needs stimuli and dopamine. Without junk food, jerking off or tv your brain will go crazy, it will be starved and most of you will likely cave. But if you make it through you will be addicted to business and money and in a position to serve me; your Queen. Then after you make it you can slowly add back in all those dopamine fun things but if you’re currently financially unstable, you need to stop doing ALL of it, immediately.
Step 2: While your brain is starved you’ll be desperate for dopamine, get this from learning and try anything to make money. IDC what you do but eventually you’ll start conquering something that generates income and that’s where we want you getting your endorphins. Commit yourself and figure it out, you’ll be a lot more creative and powerful without the distraction of porn, alcohol and tv. You’re broke and can barely support yourself, let alone a woman so just throw darts at the wall and eventually something will hit.
Step 3: Once something hits and you start making some money think about how you can compound that money more and more and more. Until you hit 100k you’re not allowed to spend energy on anything else other than reporting your progress to me.
Step 4: In my opinion, fuck your social life, hobby’s and everything pleasure based. You are broke, you don’t deserve any of those things yet. Move to a place where you know no one if you can’t control your impulses. For the record, I’m not saying throw health out the window, gym and healthy eating are essential; 30 minutes of strength training and 30 minutes of cardio a day, preferably in the mornings so you start your day with a win.
Step 5: Report to me daily, weekly, and monthly until your target is achieved and then handover the new AMEX as tribute for changing your life.
