Ive been asked what to do when you „failed“ during the PORN ADDICTION course - whether to keep going in the course or start with the 1st lesson again.
If you „gave in“ within the first week, I would suggest really getting your intentions straight and working harder on your discipline. And yes. Starting at the beginning again.

If you failed after 2-3 weeks only once or twice, I would suggest to keep going. You need to see some progress - but the things is - firstly it’s entirely up to you and how much you WANT to stop. And secondly, this night be an on-going struggle as it is with any addiction.

You might have to watch the course again and again. But it’s yours. Even did. you’re not subscribed anymore, you can always watch it. You can even watch each lesson multiple times before proceeding to the next!
