Lately, I’ve been noticing it—subtle changes that sneak in quietly but mean everything.

Soon, the hydrangeas will start to stretch their baby green leaves wider each day. The cherry blossoms, though—they’re already here. Full bloom. Pale pink clouds spilling over the streets, soft and fleeting and everywhere you look. The wind, too, will shift—its direction, its temperature, even its color somehow. And the sunlight… Everything moves quickly this time of year, like nature is in a hurry but still graceful about it.

And I get to be here in Tokyo, right as it all begins again.
