Just an update… So I had a keyhole surgery procedure just over two weeks ago. I was back in the gym 2 days later - taking it slowly and mainly in there because it’s the place where I ‘reset’. It’s my happy place and important for my headspace. Recovery is going really well, and although I’m relying on crutches for a few weeks, my progress is really good. 👍 😁
