**Embracing Your Sexuality: A Journey of Self-Discovery and Empowerment**
I want to share something that has become a true passion for me: sexology. As you already know, I've always enjoyed exploring and sharing content about sexuality, but before dedicating myself entirely to content creation, I studied psychology. This year, I felt it was time to delve even deeper into this path and begin training in sexology as part of my personal and professional development.
Sexuality has always been a fundamental part of my life, though not without its challenges. Like many, I've had doubts and fears along the way. However, finding the freedom to express my sexuality has been a turning point, empowering me to be who I truly am and continue discovering myself. In my relationship with Carl, this has been especially significant; together, we've found a connection that goes beyond words—a deep bond that, after 13 years together, continues to strengthen and allows us to enjoy a deeply fulfilling sexual and emotional relationship ❤️
Understanding that sexuality is dynamic, and that our preferences and desires can change, has been liberating. This has allowed me to accept myself with more compassion and better understand others, embracing the natural evolution of our desires.
It's important to me that everyone has the freedom to explore their sexuality without judgment, whether alone or with a partner. I firmly believe that when we better understand our sexuality, we live more fully, enjoy our relationships more, and feel more secure in our skin.
Every week, I'll be here to share not only what I'm learning in my sexology training but also the experiences that Carl and I have had on this journey. My goal is to help you better understand your body, your desires, and how to enjoy your sexuality to the fullest healthily and satisfyingly.
