I’m work obsessed. It’s probably the chip on my shoulder from going without resources for so long. Now I’ve found a formula that works for me if I just continue to work with it.... and for the natural born hustler in me, that’s addictive.

I promised myself that I would start researching hobbies this year. Tapping into things that at one time brought me joy, and being courageous enough to try the things I’ve always been told or what’s always felt implied that I couldn’t.

At 8, I escaped with poetry, music, drawing and coloring. This week I returned to one of those things.
