♡︎❧ Sorry for the mia the past few days, my flare up was so bad after I did my PT the other day and I had to have help getting up and down and literally just around. It was embarrassing. 😅 I got pretty sick and spent a lot of time in the tub as it was the only thing that kind of helped.
