On a more serious note, I’m not usually a gym gal, but I’ve really been loving switching up the type of movement I nourish my body with. I’m feeling SO strong, balanced, and energized these days and realizing how rewarding commitment to bettering myself (physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually…it’s all interconnected btw) each day can be ☺️✨
