My first time reverse searing!

I dry brined the ribeyes (swipe to see what it looked like after dry brining for 3 days), then reverse seared in oven at 275F x 45 mins until internal temp was 120F, then seared in cast iron and butter basted with rosemary & garlic πŸ™‚
