One could argue this is just me reinvesting in Peach Dumpling Cafe 🫣🫣🫣 …right? (yes I will 1000% be writing this off as a business expense 😅)

(I was originally gonna get the Niche Zero grinder but decided fuck it, let’s have it match so I went with the Pico by La Marzocco. Also they did a collab with Acaia so I think the scale has a LM logo on it as well? We’ll see lol
And ofc had to get the walnut handle portafilter… and matching knockbox - u know I love my wood 👀🪵 )
