Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about how we all cope with stress and those intense moments of tension. What do you do or think about when life feels overwhelming? 🤯

For me, it’s all about movement 🧘‍♀️ Whether it’s a good yoga session to stretch out all the tension, or a high-energy workout to get my heart racing, exercise always brings me relief. There’s something about pushing my body that helps clear my mind and leave me feeling refreshed. Fitness, running, swimming… it’s my go-to whenever things get tough 💪🏽

But I’m curious—what about you? Is there a thought or a small action that instantly brings you comfort or relief in stressful times?
