I can not get over how lovely these selfportraits of Olive and me are...
I had been wanting to do something where we could play with our different skintones in contrast to each other and it came out beautiful in my opinion.
Can you believe I once got booked for a duo shoot with Olive as a "person of color" and when I pointed out to the photographer that I was in fact very much a white person, he just said I would still be darker than Olive and it didn't matter.... 🤦♀️
Anyway, thanks to you I do not have to go on tour anymore, to sustain my livelyhood and deal with these kinds of photographers... Thank you for that from the bottom of my heart ❤️ It makes me feel so warm inside that I can count this week I spent with olive as my work, because in reality I am just having the best time with my friend, doing one of the things I love the most and really just expressing my authentic self
And if you have read all the way till the end of this, I am really curious if you like the color better or the black and white? I definintely had a hard time choosing
