It’s been a roller coaster since I’ve been in Mexico. First I had the retreat where I worked my booty off doing yoga twice a day for a week. Then I came down with this dreadful strain of covid that I almost surely picked up from one of the many international travelers that I spent that week falling in love with. We were all a little family by the end of the week, it was super sweet. Soul enriching stuff. 😍
I had an icky cough and shortness of breath for several days after my fever broke. My taste and smell have finally returned, but yikes, that was not fun. I hear it is going around like wildfire right now, so do everything you can to protect yourself and fortify your immune system! If you have it now too, peel and slice fresh ginger, boil it in water for 40 mins, add lemon or lime at the end, then stir in some good honey, and drink that every night! Eat the boiled ginger for best results. 😇😘❤️
