🛌 Making your bed is a tiny win that sets you up for bigger wins throughout your day and making your thought process confident that you are ready to accomplish more.
🥛 Hydrating and drinking water first thing in the morning sharpens your mind and gives you better energy.
📓 Jotting down and organizing your day for even just about 2 minutes keeps you more organized and clear.
