We’ve almost made it to Friday! 😩😍 Let me share with you some really helpful fitness hacks to make your workouts during the week a lot better! 💪🏼
Superset for efficiency
•just combining two exercises back to back (without rest) to save time and boost intensity of your workout. It maximizes your workout in less time and keeps your heart rate up.🥵📈
2. Track your progress
•you can use something like a fitness app or journal to track your workouts, reps, and the amount of weight that you’re lifting. 💪🏼Seeing your improvement over time keeps you motivated and can be sooo helpful with your future goals😊
3. Compound movements
•make sure you are focused on compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench presses. Basically to engage many muscles groups at once but it is great for helping you burn more calories, build strength, and get your desired results faster!! 😋
4. Fuel properly pre and post Workout
•Pre workout: could be a small snack with protein and carbs like a banana with peanut butter
•Post workout: Replenish with protein and carbs this could be a protein shake with fruit or a chicken salad 🥗 to repair muscles and help your body to recover. ❤️🩹
5. Consistency
•Don’t aim for perfect workouts. Consistency will always be the key 🔑 Even a shorter, lighter workout is more effective than none at all! Just keep that in mind. 🥰
