We’ve made it through Monday! 🥵 They can definitely be tough after some of us have the freedom and luxury of the weekend but we made it to Tuesday and it doesn’t have to be a return to burden mindset!! for those of us dealing with mental health challenges or high pressure jobs, the start to the week can especially feel heavy. Some ways I like to get through it is:
~Plan ahead by getting organized for your week and writing your to do list down. ✍🏼
~Start small and slow. give yourself permission to ease into the day you don’t have to feel like you have to hit the ground running take it slow. maybe have a calming cup of coffee or tea to help you relax. ☕️
~Have compassion for yourself it’s OK it’s not be 100% at the beginning of the week instead, approach it with a more positive mindset. 🧠 ⚡️
~And remember if you have a bad start to the week it doesn’t define the rest of it. You always have the power to get yourself through and to change or shift the outcome.🙏🏼💪🏼
