This exercise is SUCHHH a great way to practice your body control and work your core and upper body! Start by dead hanging from the bar with your body completely straight then lifting your knees and legs fully toward your chest as high as you can go and repeating this until failure folding your body completely in half. This gives you great range of motion and works on your flexibility too don’t forget to give it a try!! 🥰💪🏼
