I was in Tucson this week and had a pool to swim in when the weather allowed. Swimming is my favorite form of exercise. I've been eating garbage food the last month and I can tell from what my body is up to. I'm back on the fitness grind. I don't care about weight loss, but I'd like more muscle, flexibility, and stamina.
