I want my real but dysfunctional breast tissue removed & a lovely pair of DDs to replace them. Yes, I said dysfunctional breasts. Lefty leaks & both are super dense tissue. Having my real tissue replaced with implants will be a health improvement for me.
Bonus, they'll be pretty to look at & they won't shrink when I lose weight.
