Sam and I are big into meal prepping. :D
One of our favourite meals at the moment are these banana pancakes. They're healthy, easy to make, freeze really well and obv super delicious as pancakes should be. We currently eat them everyday - even on the weekends. :))
Our blender broke this week so for this batch we had to do everything by hand. I decided to also snap some shots while we were at it!

Banana Pancakes (Makes 1 portion)
- 1 x Banana
- 2 x Eggs
- 25g Oats
- 5g Peanut Butter
- Sprinkle of Cinnamon
- Pinch of Salt
For serving
- Low Fat Greek Yoghurt
- Honey

Totals Carbs - 47.3
Protein - 18.3
Calories - 391
The yoghurt bulks up the protein nicely too so don't skimp on that ;)
