Memories of Cappadocia
I was going through old photos and stumbled upon ones from Cappadocia. It's a completely different Turkey, not the beachy one! It feels like another planet, like you've walked onto the set of a sci-fi movie.🪐
Two things you MUST do:
1.Take a hot air balloon flight at sunrise. It's expensive, but it's worth every penny. You're floating in the sky, and below you, a whole valley with hundreds of other balloons is waking up. I still get chills! It was the most magical moment of my life.
2.Go on an ATV tour through Love Valley (aka the Valley of the Phalluses). Yes, it's exactly what you're thinking!😏The guides there have a great sense of humor, they'll tell you all about it and show you around. Racing through the pink valley on a quad bike between these... um... rock formations is so much fun and a little bit naughty. Right up my alley!
Those who've been there know the magic. Those who haven't—add it to your wishlist immediately! Enough of Antalya already.🙈
