When emotions and exhaustion take over — how to cope
Some days, everything feels too heavy.
You’re tired, overwhelmed, maybe even on the edge — and you don’t know why.
And that’s okay. You don’t need to explain it to deserve rest.
Here’s what helps:
— Name it.
“I’m not okay today.” That’s enough.
— Be gentle, not strong.
What would make me feel 5% better right now? Do that.
— Move a little.
Stretch. Walk. Breathe. Let your body help carry the weight.
— Let go of what can wait.
Not everything needs you today. Just survive.
— Tell someone.
“I don’t need advice. I just need you to know I’m struggling.”
And remember:
This moment is not forever.
Take it slow. You’re not behind. You’re just human.
