Day ONE of my road trip from Auckland to Gisborne, come along with me as I take you on my journey 😘

Started off by picking up my friend, it was meant to be only 6 hours to Gisborne but ended up being 7 hours and 30 minutes due to some roads being closed, ended up off roading for 2 hours (I did get footage but unfortunately the audio wasn’t working for some reason)

But it was so lovely we had an amazing breakfast, stopped at some really nice places and made it to our super cute Airbnb.

Road Trip Catch Up! 🚗 For the last two weeks I’ve been quiet on here, (well completely unable to log in at all 🙃) because I’ve been travelling around a little! But it’s time to catch you all up and let you know what I’ve been up to! 😊 Our first location was one of our favourites! A lovely cosy little shepherds hut with the comfiest bed and cute kitchenette. 🥰 Only downside was a short walk to the campsite toilets! It was lovely to wake up and open the blinds to such a lovely view! I did the washing up from our meal the night before and stuck the kettle on the hob ready for some tea. The memories it brought back hearing the whistling from the kettle! 🫖 😌
