The first thing you want to do after a workout is to just plop down on the bed! 😅
Sometimes it feels like you have no more energy, but at the same time you feel your body thanking you for every effort 💪✨ The workout is over and now it's time for a well-deserved rest and maybe a small snack 🍓💖
