Inner Thigh Discipline
Task Description:
This task focuses on the sensitivity of the inner thighs, an area often overlooked.
Preparation:
Choose an implement gentle enough for the sensitive skin of the inner thighs. A light flogger, a ruler, or even your hand would be suitable.
Positioning:
Sit or stand in a way that your can easily reach your inner thighs. You might want to be in front of a mirror.
The Task:
Set a timer for 3 minutes to prevent overdoing it, given the sensitivity of the area. Begin to lightly spank the inner part of one thigh, then spank the other one. The spanks should be gentle at first, increasing in intensity.
Aim for one spank every 10 seconds or adjust based on sensitivity and feedback from your body.
Mindset:
Focus on the sensation and what it represents in your personal journey of submission or discipline. Consider the vulnerability of the area and what exposing it means to you.
Completion:
Once the timer goes off, take some time to gently rub the area and enjoy the sensation.
Reflection:
Think about the sensations you experienced. Was it more mentally or physically challenging? How does focusing on a less common area affect you?
Report Back:
Write down or record your thoughts. Include how many spanks you gave yourself in total, the implement used, and your emotional and physical state during and after.
