POV: I call you into my office and ask you to sit right at my feet which are bare, on top of my desk and crossed.
You tell me that you need my help desperately and give me a bunch of files to sort out while you do your work on your laptop. You tell me to let you know if I need help.

I noticed your dangling, teasing flats and lightly tickle your exposed sole. You notice but ignore me as you're so busy with your work. I lightly tickle you again before removing the shoe. I also remove the other one and begin to tickle tease your crossed soles while you're working. You do your best to ignore me, as you have a lot of work to do.
