This year, I’ve set the bar high for myself and want to push my limits 💪
I’m thinking about kicking things off with the “75 Hard” challenge—a program designed to build mental toughness and discipline. For 75 days, it’s all about sticking to a strict routine: two workouts a day (one outdoors), no cheat meals or alcohol, drink 1 gallon of water, reading 10 pages of a self-development book, and taking a daily progress photo 🔥
It sounds intense, but I’m curious—have any of you ever tried it? What was your experience like?
