2022 vs 2024.. bulked up 30 lbs and while some may say the thinner version of me was 'more attractive' I can tell you I was never more mentally or physically unhealthy in my life than at that time.. I barely ate and was constantly run down and in a fog and STILL didn't feel attractive in my own eyes 😔.. never let a mental image of perfection determine your health and wellness friends
