Oh my goodness. So I found farm land. A farmer has an incredible amount of extra land that he doesn’t have the manpower to maintain lol. Still in the beginning process of negotiations. Then the process of deciding on a custom home builder.

In the mean time he has given me access to farm on the land, I’ll just pay him for water and share veggies with him. He will also allow me to plant/design/grow my own food forest next to his so he can finally expand. I have pretty much all the trees I want already to put in the ground.

I am so exciting and stimulated and amazed at how this all has transpired in front of my eyes.

But there’s even more potential…. The property has an old timey market owned by a different gentlemen. I had a cool vision to revitalize it and reopen providing local organic fruit and veggies and eggs directly from the farm. Always in season and almost all profit since the fruit trees are all fully mature and produce a ton of fruit.
An investor already showed interest so let’s see how this arrives.
